MSA M1 SCBA

The MSA M1 SCBA has been designed specifically to improve firefighter safety. The M1 is the most advanced, modular, and ergonomic SCBA, MSA has ever developed. This is a fully customisable product and can be configured to meet the specific needs of the user/application, with the ability to install upgrades in the field.

The M1 SCBA provides increased chemical resistance, thanks to its innovative material composition of the mask, lung-governed demand valve, and pneumatics. Additionally, MSA’s Patented CleanConnect improves safety by cleaning the coupling with medium pressure. It is simple to clean and disinfect if required and the full SCBA is machine washable and does not require disassembly.

This M1 SCBA is easy to assemble and don and is the lightest SCBA with height adjustment weighing less than 4kg. MSA has ensured user comfort by improving the ergonomics, enabling one-handed height adjustment of the backplate and the S-shape padded harness prevents pressure points and slipping.

The M1 SCBA can work seamlessly with the MSA G1 Full Face Mask reinforcing this as the ideal firefighting solution. Additionally, a new communications system, the C1 headset easily attaches to the facepiece of the G1 providing high-quality audio output.
