All gas detection instruments will be calibrated every 6 months with the exception of the VOC monitors, whereas noise and dust monitoring should be calibrated every 12 months.

Yes.  We aim to provide you with all the information you need to make a fully informed decision whenever you make a purchase. However should you wish to cancel an order or return unwanted goods there are two options.

If you wish to cancel an order before it’s been dispatched then simply log on to your customer account, note the order reference number and email the full cancellation details to info@safesense.ca or contact our help desk on info@safesense.ca  Assuming the order has not been dispatched we will cancel.

Alternatively if you wish to cancel and order after its been dispatched then you have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning the day after you take delivery of your order.   If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

If upon receipt of goods you find them to be faulty, damaged or if you have been incorrectly supplied an item, you should notify us within 24 hours by contacting +14376637575 or info@safesense.ca  and quoting your order number and contact details.
