Description
GMI PS200 Multi Gas Detector (LEL/O2/CO/H2S) – Pumped and Diffusion
The PS200 from GMI is a multi gas detector, capable of detecting levels of LEL, oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S). Not only can you choose between a pumped and a diffusion model, there are different types of LEL sensor available within this configuration. Choose from the following:
- Standard LEL sensor (will respond to most combustible gases and vapours, this is not filtered)
- Enhanced filtered LEL sensor (will respond to methane, ethane, propane, butane, pentane, hexane and hydrogen)
- Low Powered LEL sensor (allows battery life to last for up to 80 hours, will reponsd to methane, ethane, propane, butane, pentane and hexane)
- Infrared LEL sensor (linearised for methane) – Note that this is NOT MED APPROVED
The pumped version of the PS200 is ideal for confined space monitoring and pre-entry testing. Upgrade to the pumped version for only £41 ex VAT. To see how a PS200 pumped gas detector operates in a confined space application view Teledyne’s handy video on this here.
Gas readings can be displayed simultaneously. As standard the GMI PS200 will be supplied with a user CD, quick op guide, universal PSU/communications cable and calibration cert. All pumped instruments include 3m Sample line & connector.
